You will need to submit a valid email address for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, usernames and passwords and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so. Abuse or misuse of the service may result in immediate termination of your account and refusal of or blocking of future requests for accounts without notice. Use of Online Booking Service ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments you intend to keep. Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We may discontinue service at any time. We cannot guarantee your appointment or stylist. We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. We provide the Online Booking Service on an "as-is", "as available" basis. We can accept no liability associated with your use of the service. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site, or our salons, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our current Privacy Policy We may modify the terms of our Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Your use of this service constitutes your acceptance of any such modifications. No-Show Policy ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honor at least 2 hours in advance of their reservation. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel. |
